On August 1st, 2020, 100% soft posted a 15 second long video of what looks like an Original Dumpster Fire with a dimming LED within it. He captioned it with "💡🔥💡 sweet dumpster dreams 💡🔥💡" and responded "you won't need to." to a comment mentioning cutting a hole in one to "put a led in".
On August 4th, 2020, they were dubbed night lights and became available for pre-order for $28. Tapping them activates the light which turns off after an hour of inactivity. It's also almost 50% larger in size than the original toy series, only being dwarfed by the inflatable Dumpster Fire.
- Rhapsody in Green by Mort Garson is playing in the background of the original video.
- 100% Soft did not post the video to his Facebook account.
- A site glitch prevented some people from purchasing the item on the first day of release.
